I overcame shoulder impingement syndrome and shoulder pain.
Two years ago, I started experiencing shoulder pain, and eventually I couldn't lift my arm or put on or take off clothes. It was impossible to do so without the help of my husband or sons.
There were days when I cried tears because I felt a tearing pain in my shoulders when I took off my clothes at home and no one was around.
I found several hospitals that are said to be good, but there was no improvement, only anti-inflammatory painkillers and injections.
Then, an older sister I know introduced me to a chronic pain medicine clinic.
I went to the hospital, thinking I might be deceived. They said I had shoulder impingement syndrome and recommended 10 injections and manual therapy.
It was really difficult to receive the injection treatment on the first day.
And manual therapy is simply helping the patient perform stretches they cannot do on their own, so after receiving it twice, I started stretching alone at home.
I found many helpful stretches for shoulder impingement syndrome on Y** and received a lot of assistance.
The most important key point in stretching is to stretch until you can tolerate it as much as possible. Pushing yourself too hard from the beginning is not advisable.

I don't know how many times I cried while stretching.
Gradually, through six injections and stretching, I started to be able to do many activities on my own.
And I stopped injection treatments and only did stretching consistently three times a day.
And after six months, I became a normal person and have now recovered from shoulder impingement syndrome.
