(Helpful Tip) Reducing Knee Pain
This is a story of suffering from knee pain when my weight was close to 83 kilograms.
I have currently lost weight to around 63 to 65 kilograms.. Interestingly, my knee pain has disappeared.
Now, I will share some expert tips to eliminate knee pain.
First and foremost, weight loss is the top priority.
If you have a lot of weight, the load on your knees is enormous.. No matter what treatment you undergo, weight loss is fundamental.
So, what should I do to lose weight?
I have been consistently doing stair exercises... and I am still doing it now. It's such a great workout...
Walk up from the basement to the top floor.. When descending, please use the elevator.
Climb 18 floors × 5 times × 16 stairs = 1,440 stairs. Before going to work in the morning...
And strengthening the muscles around the knee is important.
I recommend squats.
It is important to keep the knee at a 90-degree angle.. I do more than 200 repetitions a day. Of course, I don't do 200 all at once. I do it whenever I have free time throughout the day. Even during work, I do it steadily during breaks.
It's a bodyweight workout, so it doesn't cost anything, and it's a simple exercise that only requires time.
Just consistently doing these two exercises will make knee pain disappear like a lie.
