Even without intending to, I keep tensing my shoulders.
Since some time ago, I had shoulder and neck pain, and I realized it was because I kept raising my shoulders.
Is it because I get tense when studying or working?? But that's not it either, even when lying down or resting, I feel tension in my shoulders...
I keep tensing up unless I consciously relax. What should I do?
Are there others with similar concerns..ㅠ
