(Concern) I get headaches when I do weight training.

It's been a little over a month since I started weight training.

Since my goal is to build muscle, I am gradually increasing the weight, but I am mindful of not overdoing it to avoid injuries, even if it takes a little longer.

However, starting around the third week, I began experiencing headaches on the left side of my head when doing pull-ups or heavy squats. The headaches don't occur from the very beginning, but as I lift heavier weights or start to exert more effort, I gradually feel a pounding sensation on the side of my head, and the headache worsens. Once it occurs, resting helps to some extent, but from that point on, even a little exertion immediately triggers the headache.

Recently, I had a neurology consultation, and they said it seemed like vascular headache, so they prescribed something like a vasodilator.

They say it's good to get an MRI if it worsens.

But even if I take medication, the symptoms appear the same when I exercise. In daily life, I was fine even before taking the medication anyway.

Has anyone else had an experience like mine?

Is it better to get tested...

Or maybe it just recovers on its own...

Or whether some other treatment is needed...

I'm curious
