저랑 증상이 똑같으시네요 저는 딱히 만보하고 뛰고 이런것도 없는데 갑자기 한쪽 다리가 아프더니 양반다리가 안되고 잘때 쥐가 나고 하더라구요 저는 그냥 계속 무리 안주고 스트레칭 했던것 같아요 다리털기 돌리기 시간만 나면 이런거 해요 한달 이상 가길래 진짜 병원가야 했는데 최근에 보니 아픈건 없어졌더라구요
(Concern) Occasionally experiencing pain behind the knee and cramping during sleep
I walk 10,000 steps five days a week.
I do lower body strength training two days a week. Recently, the only change is that I am participating in a running crew twice a week.
The problem is that lately I've been experiencing pain behind my left knee, and a few days ago, I had a cramp in my calf and thought I was going to die.
Last night, I had a cramp in my calf while sleeping, and I couldn't move for about a minute, I thought I was going to die.
What do you all do in situations like this? When you get a cramp in your leg again, what methods should you use and which hospital should you go to?
I'm really worried because I couldn't move at all, and a minute felt so long.
If you have experienced this before, please let me know how you treated it.
