I have plantar fasciitis. It seems to have been about 2-3 years since I started experiencing pain. I was fine for a while, but suddenly, at a certain moment, the pain begins. It is especially painful when I wake up in bed and get down to the floor.
I stretched enough before coming down to the floor, but it still hurts that much. It's not the same on both sides; only my left foot has plantar fasciitis.
Some people say this phenomenon occurs because one person exercises too much, while another person doesn't exercise enough... I consistently do weight training and cardio. Is it really because I exercise too much? I don't think I do it that much. However, I don't think my exercise is so insufficient that it causes illness.
So I bought insoles and tried wearing them. But it was okay for a while, then the pain started again. So I rolled a tennis ball under my foot, and it got a bit better.
Plantar fasciitis that suddenly comes back after being okay for a while is very difficult. I would appreciate any advice on how everyone has overcome it.
