Shoulder pain

My shoulder started to hurt a little, then the pain went up my neck and even reached my head, making it hard to sleep. I received acupuncture and physical therapy at a Korean medicine clinic for about a month, including herbal injections and moxibustion, and used acupressure. After about a month, I started to get better. I usually get a massage every day to loosen up. I need to relax each day to feel okay. I always keep my posture with my chest open while walking, and when looking at my phone, I look up. Posture is really important.

    맞아요 자세가 중요하죠 걸을때도 구부정하게 말고 가슴을펴고 걸어줘야되지요 꾸준한 스트레칭 아주 중요하지요 잘 관리하시어 통증 타파하시길요
