Currently, based on the pain scale, my left elbow hurts more. The pain is all around the bone area on the sunken side of the elbowㅠ
I haven't even bumped into anything.
Can I suddenly get sick like this?
I go swimming every day.
Not carrying belongings in personal lockers.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, foam cleanser, soap, etc.
I carry everything with me.
That too in large quantities, haha.
Upon reflection, I think it's because I carry a bag (relatively light) containing swimwear, towels, etc., with an access card, and I often carry it on my right side while always holding a body care basket in my left hand.
Can I suddenly get sick like this?
Will wearing an elbow brace help improve things, similar to how people wear wrist or knee supports?
Or is it better to receive treatment quickly at the hospital?
