Based on my experience, I have a herniated disc in my neck. I learned a very good stretching exercise for neck disc and want to share it with you. Interlock your fingers behind your neck. Then, naturally tilt your head backward. Next, stretch both arms with the interlocked fingers as if opening your chest wide. You should feel a refreshing sensation in the middle of the wing-like area below your neck. This is a stretching method recommended by a famous physical therapist and an orthopedic surgery professor.
