(Helpful Tip) Wrists and fingers
Since I use my phone a lot, my wrists and fingers often hurt. When the pain has already set in, the best thing is to avoid using them altogether. Soaking in paraffin is good, but if you don't have it, just soaking in warm water also works for me.
Doing regular stretching before getting sick really has its benefits.
Stretch one arm forward with the palm facing up towards the sky, and hold the extended palm with the other hand, pulling it back to bend the wrist. After pulling for about 5 seconds, then straighten the palm to face the floor and hold the back of the hand with the other hand, pulling for another 5 seconds. Alternately pulling on both sides 2 to 3 times can significantly reduce wrist pain.
And each finger is pulled back with a different hand, one second each...
If you repeat finger stretching about twice
Prevention is better than cure before you get sick.
It's better not to use the phone much beforehand, but it's not working well.
Still, with stretching, I feel less pain these days.
