As I get older, my shoulders and knees used to hurt before it rained or when the weather was cloudy.
I've been exercising, taking supplements, and dieting, so my knees and shoulders have improved a lot.
But a few days ago, when I wake up in the morning, my neck from behind my ear doesn't move at all and hurts.ㅠ
Doing foam rolling and massage as soon as I wake up helps a little, but I still feel pain and difficulty every morning when I get up.
What should I do to get better in this situation?? I'm wondering if I need to get acupunctureㅠ
