I have scoliosis, possibly because my posture has not been good since I was a student.
So, the left and right pelvis heights are different, and if you wear pants and walk for a long time, one side of the pants slightly bunches up.
I try to maintain good posture for my health, so I also try to do posture correction stretches frequently.
However, it seems that there are temporary effects after stretching, but as time passes, it returns to the original state, which feels a bit disappointing.
