I go hiking 4-5 days a week and walk over 10,000 steps on flat ground for about 2 days. I love exercising so much that I do it every day, but my knees often hurt.
I've been to a Korean medicine clinic for acupuncture and also received treatment at an orthopedic clinic, but it was only temporary. Should I take a break from exercising or reduce my activity level? Staying at home all the time feels too frustrating, so I want to exercise. If you know any good methods, please share.
