I often experience calf pain, so I manage it with a stretching band.

So, I bought a stretching band to somehow help alleviate the symptoms.
It's a product that is sold very cheaply online for less than 5,000 won.
Surprisingly, doing calf stretches, although it hurts like hell while you're doing them, actually feels quite refreshing afterward and seems to definitely help with pain relief and injury prevention.
It was a bit difficult at first, but once I got used to it, I am very satisfied.
