I often experience calf pain, so I manage it with a stretching band.

Since I was young, I have had a weak lower body, so I have been consistently doing daily exercises to compensate for it.

Especially as I get older, I tend to focus more on aerobic exercise.

Maybe that's why, but my physical strength has improved a lot, and the common symptom of leg swelling has also gotten much better.

But once I gain one, I lose one, and at some point, I started experiencing chronic calf pain.

When it's mild, it doesn't significantly interfere with daily life, but in severe cases, walking can often become uncomfortable.

I found myself walking with a limp without realizing it.

And I don't know if it's related to this pain, but on days when I feel very unwell, I often experience severe cramps while sleeping.

So, I bought a stretching band to somehow help alleviate the symptoms.

It's a product that is sold very cheaply online for less than 5,000 won.

Surprisingly, doing calf stretches, although it hurts like hell while you're doing them, actually feels quite refreshing afterward and seems to definitely help with pain relief and injury prevention.

It was a bit difficult at first, but once I got used to it, I am very satisfied.
