Left chest pain, feeling uncomfortable in the chest. Is it angina?

Recently, I started to feel pain in my left chest.

I often feel a tight and uncomfortable sensation in my chest, so I am worried.

 

The pain mainly seems to spread from the center of the chest to the left side, and

Sometimes, I feel a sharp stabbing sensation.

It seems to get worse especially when I exercise or feel stressed.

I found on the internet that a disease called angina pectoris shows similar symptoms.

I heard that angina is a disease that occurs when blood supply to the heart is not smooth.

But am I really experiencing angina? I'm not that old yet, and...

I usually try to maintain my health, but I am confused by this pain.

 

 

I am curious whether this pain is related to a heart problem or if there might be another cause.

I heard it could possibly be a digestive issue or muscle pain.

Is that a possibility as well?
