Severe pain in the sole of the foot (plantar fasciitis)

After suffering for six months, I am now almost fully recovered.

 

The first time I received treatment at the hospital, it relapsed quickly, so I realized that consistent management is better.

Just to share from my experience

1. Do not engage in exercises or activities that strain your feet.

Please massage with a massage device every morning and evening (whenever you have free).

Please minimize the use of your feet even at home.

Use a low-frequency device ('Valafoot' is the most effective)

Please do foot stretching in the evening.
