아픈 증상이 있으면 병원 진료 받는 것이 조금 더 안심되지 않을까 싶습니다.
(Concern) I fell and had some impact on my elbow...
Fell while skipping rope during the sports day a month ago
I put my arm on the ground...
I have a bit of a build, and I hit my right elbow quite hard..ㅡ.ㅡ
My fingers move well.
I immediately applied an ice pack.
The next day, I experienced some pain, but I didn't have much difficulty exerting force.
When I got injured, the shock was so intense that I thought I should go to the hospital right away.
The next day, I just had a slight muscle ache.
I thought it would get better after a few days.
So I didn't go to the hospital..ㅡ.ㅡ (I don't trust the local hospital..)
I thought that with this level of shock, a 1-2 week soreness was unavoidable...
It still feels stiff even now...
Fingers can move and hold objects, so there are no major issues in daily life...
When you fold your arm and pull it inward, the muscles feel quite tight.
Some days are less painful, while other days feel quite painful.
I think the ligament might have been overstretched...
Do I really need to go to the hospital?
Will I get better if I do stretching at home?
Hmm... Since this is abroad, I'm worried I might not be able to explain this properly...
Today, it seems to have loosened a lot again... I am even more worried.
What do you think is the best way to do it?
