My ankle is aching.

Since menopause, my joints all over my body seem to ache and turn. After using my right arm a lot, I was told a bone had formed in my right shoulder, so I went to the orthopedic clinic for a while... I used it less in the end... and about a year later, I improved. Now, the symptoms have shifted to my soles and ankles. I put in insoles to protect the arches of my feet, but... my shoes became a bit higher, and now my ankles feel sore and tingling. I need to use them less to hurt less, but I can't stop exercising... I'm 고민ing whether to change the type of exercise I do.

I'm doing Elvik exercise. It's really good for mental health.. haha

    저는 근적외선 광선 조사기로 근적외선 찜질하는데 괜찮더라고요. 이쪽 찾아보면 직접 발목 착용하는걸로 많아서 그 중 하나 유용하게 쓰고 있긴 해요.
    깔창은 사실 맞춤깔창이면 모르겠는데, 시장품 종류들은 제 발에 안맞는 경우도 많아서, 효과가 있는지 잘 모르겠더라고요 ㅠㅠ
