Is this the early symptom of plantar fasciitis? I did a self-diagnosis...

 

Over the past few weeks, I have been experiencing severe pain in the soles of my feet every morning when I wake up, and I feel pain with each step I take.

 

The heel area is especially painful, but it gradually improves after walking a few steps. However, the pain seems to worsen again after standing or walking for a long time. As this symptom repeats, I am worried that it might be plantar fasciitis.

Is this the early symptom of plantar fasciitis? I did a self-diagnosis...

 

When I looked up self-diagnosis methods on the internet, my symptoms seemed very similar to early signs of plantar fasciitis. In particular, the following symptoms seem to apply to me.

 

  1. Pain in the soles of the feet when taking the first step in the morning: When you wake up and take your first step in the morning, you feel pain in the soles of your feet, especially in the heel area.

Is this the early symptom of plantar fasciitis? I did a self-diagnosis...These symptoms are said to be early signs of plantar fasciitis, so it would be best to visit a hospital for an accurate diagnosis. If anyone knows about self-treatment methods or prevention strategies, please share your advice.

 

Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could share any stretching methods or lifestyle habit improvement tips that can be tried before going to the hospital. I need your help so that my leg can recover as soon as possible.

    제가 병원에서 들은 방법은 일단 체중조절과 스트레칭 이었어요.
