There is scoliosis, and the lower back pain tends to fluctuate between being good and bad.
Sometimes, when I hang laundry, carry something, or overexert myself and my back hurts severely, I go to the hospital to get an injection. I avoid doing back exercises improperly because it can be worse for my back.
I know that maintaining good posture and keeping a spinal extension position are the most important, but it's not easy because I don't have enough abdominal muscles.
What are some good exercises that can help with the back? Something not too difficult but easy to do consistently.
I'm also curious about exercises that should be avoided or that put strain on the lower back.
