Health concerns: Treatment methods for straight neck (cervical kyphosis)

I had an X-ray taken at the orthopedic department and heard that I have a straight neck.

At first, I didn't notice the pain, but as time went on, the pain gradually started to appear...

And I was thinking that it might also be related to a herniated disc in the neck...
