Life is really exhausting.
These days, I keep hearing that it's a headache.
I try not to bring work-related things home as much as possible, but it's not easy.
Perhaps because of that, I still feel heavy-headed and have persistent migraines even after sleeping.
Even after drinking coffee, I don't feel refreshed, and headache medicine has become a staple.
These days, it's not easy to reduce stress factors even when I try.
I want to just forget everything without thinking, but that's only a thought.
What do you all do when you have a headache?
