(Concern) I'm worried about persistent migraines despite getting enough sleep.

Life is really exhausting.

These days, I keep hearing that it's a headache.

I try not to bring work-related things home as much as possible, but it's not easy.

Perhaps because of that, I still feel heavy-headed and have persistent migraines even after sleeping.

Even after drinking coffee, I don't feel refreshed, and headache medicine has become a staple.

These days, it's not easy to reduce stress factors even when I try.

I want to just forget everything without thinking, but that's only a thought.

What do you all do when you have a headache?

    저랑 비슷하시군요.
    저도 해결되지 않은 일 하나로 스트레스의 연속이다보니 머리가 너무 아파서 두통약을 달고 살고 있어요.
    내려놓기가 쉽지 않네요.

    두피 마사지나 목뒤 움푹 들어간곳 눌러 마사지 해줘보세요~저는 그러면 한결 나아지더라구요~

    저도 두통때문에 늘 약을 소지하고 다녀요. 나름 스트레스 안받으려고 노력 하지만 그게 뜻대로 안되네요.ㅠ
