I occasionally experience pain in my elbow joint.
I try to use my arms while thinking about the source of strength without overexerting myself.
However, sometimes I experience stabbing pain around the inside and outside of my elbow.
The pain is not severe enough to affect daily life yet, but it is bothering me.
Last year, I experienced occasional pain from time to time, which was difficult.
Fortunately, I met a good doctor who realigned my bones, and gradually the pain disappeared.
I think sorting is important for any action.
If you know how to properly use your muscles and tendons, many pains will be alleviated.
But it's not as easy as I thought~~
