(Helpful Tip) Easy tips to loosen lower body muscles using household items

I walk 10,000 steps every day!

Ten thousand steps, twenty thousand steps, thirty thousand steps—though there are no crowds, I find meaning in walking every day.

Walking exercise is good for your body, but you must also stretch the muscles used during walking!

Especially the hip joint, thigh, calf, ankle, and sole of the foot

All sorts of areas are tight, and the muscles also become stiff.

What are some great tips for relaxing these lower body muscles?

It's stretching & hot packs!

Lying down on a yoga mat and mimicking a sky bicycle motion, slowly feeling the muscle soreness~

Remember the areas that hurt or feel tight when experiencing muscle pain, then sit upright and correct your posture. Use your hands to massage and loosen the muscles or use a foam roller. For the ankle area, wiggle your ankles!

It nods and spins around in circles.

After relaxing the muscles, warm the towel and cover the legs with it~

It has a warming effect, so it feels cool~

After doing this every day, the accumulated fatigue disappears and muscle soreness also eases quickly!

It was really nice to do stretching using things at home without spending a lot of money^^

Today, I am once again relieving my muscle pain like this.
