저두 오십견인데 통증의학과에서 주사치료받고 충격파 받아도 얼마 못가더라구요 재활의학ㅈ과에서는 집에서 스트레칭 꾸준히하라는데 게을러서 못하네요
A few months ago, I started feeling a tingling, electric sensation on the front of my upper right arm. I can't lift my arm forward or to the side more than 90 degrees, and even doing a third of a push-up position from behind causes pain.
But the pain around the area has been increasing, and now I feel a tingling sensation in my shoulder deltoid muscle. Additionally, I can't lift my arm more than 45 degrees to the side.
A few years ago, I experienced the same phenomenon with my left arm, so I went to the hospital for physical therapy and also visited a traditional Korean medicine clinic for the first time. The acupuncture itself was painful, so I stopped after three sessions. Eventually, I lived without a car, and after about six months, it healed naturally. Now, my right arm has the same symptoms, so I am waiting for it to heal naturally without going to the hospital.
They call it frozen shoulder, and there's no real cure for it; just apply heat packs and wait. I've also heard from people who say that even going to the hospital doesn't resolve the issue.
When my left arm first hurt, I was told there was inflammation through an ultrasound, so I applied hot packs and underwent physical therapy simultaneously, but I didn't see much improvement.
I am curious if anyone who has experienced frozen shoulder has received treatment and whether they experienced the same pain as I am currently experiencing.
