Sometimes I suddenly feel pain as if I got caught off guard. Truly, there have been times when I was just twisting something forcefully and my lower back suddenly sank, or I was lightly lifting something and suddenly felt a sharp pain... Sitting awkwardly, my lower back became stiff and my lower back pain worsened... The hospital said it wasn't a herniated disc, so I am trying to strengthen my lower back muscles. No matter how I think about it, my posture is perfectly suited to cause lower back pain. Because of that, I don't think my lower back has ever been in a neat condition. To survive, I started using small equipment for Pilates exercises, and even now, I am strengthening my lower back muscles through exercise to fight off lower back pain.
