Concerns about injuries caused by exercise

I have a hobby of running, so I run at least three times a week, if not every day. However, as I run more and more, my stamina improves and I lose weight, which makes me want to increase my pace and run even more. While I might think this is good, my body’s enthusiasm often outpaces my physical condition, leading to unexpected injuries. Recently, I’ve experienced injuries to the top of my foot and ankle that I didn’t have before. These days, even when I want to run, I find myself waiting for the pain to heal more often.

 

The more I think about it, the more I realize I need to exercise again after fully recovering, but I keep getting impatient and can't control myself well. No matter how good exercise is, I believe moderation is best, but I find it hard to put into practice. This has been my concern lately.

    너무 달리기로만 포커스 맞추지 마시고,
    발에 무리가 가지 않는 선에서 할 수 있는 상체운동이나 누워서 할 수 있는 복근 운동들도 있으니 회복 기간에는 다른 운동들로 스트레스 풀어보시는 건 어떨까요?
