I have shoulder instability.
So, there is also shoulder impingement.
Everyday life is very inconvenient.
I need to do rehabilitation, but even a little movement causes pain. It's tough.
How did you resolve these symptoms if you experienced them?

어느 정도 움직였을때 통증이 있는지 파악해보시고 통증부위에서 잠시 멈춰 통증도 살짝 가라앉을때까지 기다려보세요. 가동 범위를 조금씩 늘려가시면 스트레칭 해보세요. 어깨는 주로 사용하는 관절이니 일상생활이 많이 불편하시겠네요. 병원에서 치료받는 것은 일시적일 수 있어 스스로 재활이 제일 중요한듯 합니다. 빨른 쾌유 빌겠습니다~
