There are really a wide variety of symptoms.
1) The spine is curved.
2) The pelvis, torso, and limbs are asymmetrical.
3) The movements of the head, neck, torso, upper and lower limb joints, and pelvis differ between the right and left sides.
4) The tension levels of muscles and ligaments differ from each other.
5) Asymmetrical muscle mass and strength are felt.
There is a visible difference in leg length.
7) I feel asymmetric weight bearing.
I think items 4, 5, and 6 above apply to me.
You can't tell if the pelvis is tilted just by looking at this.
I also looked into how to perform self-diagnosis.
1) After looking in the mirror and standing straight, check whether one of the pelvic bones protruding at the front on both sides is higher than the other.
2) Lie face down and check whether the leg lengths are different or if the protruding hips on both sides are misaligned.
3) When putting on pants, check if the zipper part turns to one side.
4) Check if both shoulders are at different heights.
It turned out to be easier to test than I thought.
