How to relieve headaches! Massage + Tylenol + Sleep
I don't usually experience headaches that often in my life.
Since I rarely experience menstrual cramps in my life, I become extremely sensitive whenever I happen to get a migraine once in a while.
I try to live my life by avoiding stressful situations as much as possible, essentially blocking out anything that causes stress. When I experience occasional, unexplained headaches, I first give myself a massage at the back of my neck.
There is a point called Gyeonjeonghyeol at the back of the neck, and massaging this area helps improve blood circulation to the brain, which can alleviate headaches.
I found out about this later, but at first I just instinctively massaged the back of my neck, and it actually had that effect.
And then, unless absolutely necessary, I always stop what I'm doing, take Tylenol, and go straight to sleep.
Then, when I wake up from sleep, my headache almost completely disappears.
If you are outside and find it difficult to sleep, taking medication and lying your head on the desk or placing it on the floor seems to help alleviate the headache a little.
