I'll share my personal method for relieving headaches.

1. Chamomile, etc.

Drinking pub tea

 

There are various herbs that are good for calming the mind and body, and one of the most representative is a flower called chamomile. I usually use this chamomile to make a warm tea, and whenever I have a headache, I drink it frequently. At first, it has a floral aroma when sliced, but as I continue to consume it regularly, it becomes to my taste and goes down smoothly.

2. Therapy with lavender oil.

 

Usually, I love lamb.

 

Because I am a true enthusiast, I use various plant oils for massages, and especially when experiencing sleep disorders like headaches or insomnia, I use lavender.

 

Since lavender ingredients help relieve stress and relax tension, gently dab your hands with lavender oil.

Touching the same spot with your hand and directly smelling the fragrance

 

On the pillow
