ㅠㅠ 러닝을 무리하게 하셨나요!?? 러닝 전후에 스트레칭을 충분히 해주셔요. 그리고 일단은 통증 낫기전까지는 러닝은 잠시 쉬고 상체운동을 위주로 해주셔요 ㅠㅠ며칠쉬어도 계속 아프면 병원다녀오시는게 좋을거같아요

I've had knee pain for a few days. Especially when running at the gym, the area just below my right knee and the outside of my knee hurt. Should I stop running for a while? Could my running technique be wrong? If only one side hurts like this, should I see an orthopedist?
