My personal method to get rid of headaches is to do shoulder massages, eat hearty meals, and go to sleep. I notice that when my shoulders are tense, I also get headaches, so I give myself shoulder massages. Additionally, I get headaches when I am hungry or haven't slept enough. So I make sure to eat well and sleep sufficiently. After doing these things, surprisingly, my headaches disappear. Looking at this, I believe that eating well and sleeping well are the best for health!
