How to relieve headaches - For general headaches, take Tylenol

It seems that I don't often experience headaches. From what I see around me, some people suffer from severe headaches and get very stressed because of them. Since I don't really know what that is like firsthand, I can't really gauge how difficult it must be. If the headache is severe, I think it's best to get proper medical treatment first and then manage it. For someone like me, who rarely has headaches, taking Tylenol usually solves the problem, but for those suffering from chronic headaches, medication is important, but psychological factors, meditation, walking, and stress relief methods can also be effective.
