좌식생활이 관절에 더 좋지 않다고 하더라고요. ㅠㅠ 관절 뿐 아니라 허리에도 좋지 않고.... 지금부터라도 입식생활을 하시는 게 어떨까 합니다.

I live on the floor, so I wake up in the morning or
I sat down and when I try to stand up, I can't get up all at once, and I make a sound.
Do you also have to push yourself up with your hands when you get up? Is it because I am getting older and gaining weight?
