우선 병원 서너곳은 가 보시고 판단하시는게 좋을 것 같습니다. 병원마다 의사선생님에 따라 다르게 진단하시고 치료방법도 차이가 있는 것 같아요. 수술 전에 무읖연골에 좋은 영양제도 챙겨드시고, 다리 근육이 많으면 무릎도 보호가 된데요. 하지만 무릎의 정확한 상태를 모르고 잘못된 운동을 하시면 무릎이 더 많이 나빠질 수 있으니 꼭 먼저 병원진료 받으시기 바랍니다.
