Walking about 10,000 steps 3 to 4 times a week for health.
I'm doing well, but recently I've been experiencing knee pain.
It seems like the pain that was only on the right side is now also coming to the left side.
It's not to the point of being unable to walk.
I'm not sure if it's because of aging and cartilage problems or because my lower body is weak, so I don't even go to the hospital, and it's a vague situation.
I'm not in enough pain to seek treatment, but I'm afraid it might get worse.
