Chronic elbow pain concerns

I played table tennis for over 10 years, but I couldn't play for about three years due to COVID-19. Then, about a year ago, I started playing again, reminiscing about the old days, and I played hard. As a result, my muscles were weakened, and I ended up with tennis elbow. I went to the hospital, received physical therapy, and did arm strengthening exercises, which seemed to improve a little. However, my right arm started hurting, and perhaps because I used my left arm a lot, I developed tennis elbow in my left arm as well, and now my arm hurts again. It really feels like a chronic condition now. It even aches while I sleep, which has lowered my sleep quality and seriously affected my quality of life. I'm worried.

    제 동생이 최근에 골프치다가 엘보우 왔는데, 손목까지 아프다며, 요즘 근적외선 찜질하는데, 괜찮다고 하더라고요
    근적외선 광선 조사기 제품들중 하나라는데, 아플때마다 손목이랑 팔꿈치 번갈아 직접 착용하고 근적외선으로 쪼여주면 좋다며 하루종일 끼고 살던데, 옆에서 보니 나빠보이지는 않았어요
    물론 회복 기간중에는 최대한 조심스럽게 팔 쓰는게 필수이긴 하고요.
