Lately, I have been frequently spraining my back, so I am asking. I used to often experience knee pain before. I rarely felt any back pain. However, in the past month, I have felt strain on my back when lifting heavy objects or sitting down and standing up.
Even when lifting objects the same way as before, I didn't feel any strain on my lower back previously, but these days I am afraid of bending my waist. It's not just that it's different from when I was young; once my lower back hurts, the pain lasts for 2-3 days, and after recovering and living normally, the pain recurs. I lack knowledge about disc issues, so I am also curious whether there is a possibility that I might have a herniated disc.
I heard that if it's a herniated disc, walking can be difficult, but it's not that severe. I'm curious about the cause of the back pain that occurs with just a little carelessness.ㅠ
