I thought I wouldn't be in pain anymore, but about a year later, maybe because my sneakers wore out, it hurts again~
It's not a constant pain; I wake up after sleeping, and my calves are okay~
My soles are a little sore~
Is it because I walked too much, or is there something wrong?
