(Concern) Calf and sole pain

When I first started walking, my calves and soles of my feet hurt. After walking a thousand steps without stopping, I realized my legs were also tired, so I changed my sneakers. I heard Skechers are comfortable and good for your feet, so I bought a pair, and they were definitely comfortable.

I thought I wouldn't be in pain anymore, but about a year later, maybe because my sneakers wore out, it hurts again~

It's not a constant pain; I wake up after sleeping, and my calves are okay~

My soles are a little sore~

Is it because I walked too much, or is there something wrong?

I'm not very sick and it doesn't interfere with my daily life, so I don't go to the hospital, but I'm worried that not treating the pain might make it worse.

    저도 많이 걸은날 발바닥이랑 종아리가 땡기는데 마사지 볼이나 골프공으로 마사지 하면 시원하더라구요 ㅎㅎ
