Since some time ago, I have been lifting heavy objects.
I don't think I overexerted myself, but sometimes I feel a dull, aching pain.

Originally, elbow issues tend to become chronic once they occur.
They say that you need to rest well and not overuse yourself in order to recover.
Is there no other way? Like playing golf myself.
It's strange because it's not like I regularly stimulate it.
