[Concern] I'm worried that the finger pain might be caused by subungual melanoma.

A few years ago, a faint black line started to appear in the middle of my fingernail.

I didn't have any particular pain, so I didn't worry much.

However, recently I have developed pain around the nails with black lines.

Especially when typing on the monitor keyboard or sending text messages on the phone, I feel pain when I tap with my middle finger.

Because of the pain compared to other fingers, I can no longer even press the keyboard.

 

When I first noticed the black vertical line, I looked up information about black lines on nails on the internet.

 

First, the reason why black vertical lines appear on the nails is

 

The first aging phenomenon

Second nutritional deficiency

Third excessive diet

Fourth melanoma

Fifth psoriasis

Sixth drug side effect

Seventh fungal infection

Eighth episode of liver dysfunction

Ninth pneumonia

Tenth Kidney Disease

 

Among various reasons, I initially thought it was due to aging, but lately I've been worried that it might be subungual melanoma.

 

I don't remember the exact day I first discovered it, but I occasionally took pictures whenever I thought of it, and it's already been over two years.

 

I occasionally took pictures just in case it might be melanoma, so I am uploading one.
