Is there anyone suffering from jaw disc disorder?

Wearing a sprint device while sleeping every night

It's a high pitch..

I keep unconsciously taking it out because it feels uncomfortable.

If you see it the next day, it's gone, ㅜㅜ

Still, I try to do it every day.

I still hear a sound from my jaw...

How do you manage those with temporomandibular joint disorder?
