음.. 제 생각으로는 만보걷기가 무리인거 아닐까싶네요 만보래도 어떤 사람에게는 끄떡없는데 약한 사람에게는 무리인거 같아요. 태어나길 그렇게태어난거라 하더라구요 저도 그렇거든요 걸음수를 줄여보는건 어떨까요. 족저근막염은 병원에서 치료받아야하는ㅇ걸로 알거든요.
