I really enjoy hiking.
The cool air from the hike and the joy of reaching the summit make me feel incredibly proud.
However, when I go hiking, especially on steep slopes or places with many stairs, my knees make a sound every now and then.
It's not a major annoyance, but it happens quite frequently and isn't extremely painful... I am diligently hiking to practice the importance of walking, but I wonder if it's okay to continue hiking like this...
When I went to the hospital, there was no abnormality in the X-ray.
They said to refrain if you hear sounds or experience pain ใ ใ
I like hiking, but should I hold back in times like this..?๐ญ
It's okay when walking on flat ground!!
But during this mountain hike, I feel so upset because of this ใ ใ
By the way, I only walk 10,000 steps a day and do not do stair climbing exercise..!!
