허리 통증에도 많이 걸어주면 좋데요 허리를 똑바로 세우고 많이 걸어주면서 근력을 키우는게 좋은거 같아요 저도 허리 통증으로 정말 많이 힘들었어요 지금도 힘들어요 같은 자세로 오래 서있기도 힘들고 부엌에서 반찬 하나 만들고 일 좀 하고 나면 허리마사지 받고 찜질 하고 하네요 그런데 수술은 아직 할 정도는아니래요 병원에선 많이 걸어주어야만 좋다고 했어요 이것도 약간 집안 내력인것도 같아요 어머니도 그렇고 친정 여동생도 많이 안좋아 고생하네요 운동 열심히 해서 수술 안하고 극복하도록 노력해보아요 힘내세요
I have been suffering from a herniated disc in my lower back for several years. The pain was so severe that I changed jobs twice because I felt uncomfortable taking time off when I was in pain. Usually, I need to rest for about a week to ten days to recover. Of course, I received treatment at orthopedic clinics and pain management clinics.
But since people around me say that exercise is good, I've been exercising for over a year, and the pain has definitely decreased.
I think building back muscles is beneficial, and even if it hurts, recovery after treatment is faster, so I believe it's good. I plan to continue exercising regularly.
I'm wondering if this method is correct..
I'm worried that it might get worse later on.
I want to hear many people's experiences.
