In my twenties, to wear high heels and pretty shoes, I put pressure on my feet.

Since I put a lot of strain on it, I developed severe hallux valgus symptoms, and since then, the pain has been so intense that I have been frequently visiting the hospital for treatment, aside from surgery.

Conservative treatment involves wearing comfortable shoes, shoes with wider toe boxes and low heels, such as sneakers, and aside from conservative methods, the only surgical options available are those that can be performed in severe cases.

To prevent bunions, it is recommended to wear shoes with a wide toe area and low heels, and for flat-footed patients, using insoles that support the inside of the sole is very helpful. It also helps to create space between the toes.

Wearing a toe brace that protects the medial protrusion of the first metatarsophalangeal joint, which helps prevent bunions, is also said to be helpful.

Recently, I have been working in a weekend farm and walking around wearing unprotected agricultural boots, which has caused me to develop severe hallux valgus symptoms and suffer a lot. Therefore, I wanted to share some preventive measures and information about the symptoms for those who are suffering from similar hallux valgus issues like me. I hope this will be very helpful.

    저도 무지외반증이 있어서 걸을때 튀어나온 부분이 신발에 닿으면 통증이 생겨서 고생하고 있어요 
    그래서 신발은 앞코가 둥글하고 넓은 걸로 고르고, 한치수 크게 신기도 합니다.
    
    종아리혈과 용천혈을 눌러주면 무지외반증 증상 완화에 도움이 되는군요 오늘부터 종종 눌러줘야 겠어요 ~
