(Concern) Lower back pain

Actually, it's not really painful, but when I wake up in the morning, I feel a subtle sensation of my lower back not being properly aligned.

It might be okay when you're young, but I wonder if it will become a big problem as you get older.

I have a relative with a herniated disc, so I'm worried if this could also be a family history.

What kind of exercises or measures, such as yoga, should I take to maintain proper posture?

    아무래도 지속적인 스트레칭이랑 
    바른자세를 유지하도록 하시는게 좋을것같아요~
    질병이 아니더라도 좋은 일이니까요^^
