Hello, in this event, I would like to talk about my lower back pain. A few years ago, I twisted my back, and I thought it was just a simple sprain, so I ignored it. However, the pain spread to my legs, and when I went to the hospital, I was told it was early-stage a herniated disc. I started walking exercises, and it improved, but the pain would come and go. Is it true that a herniated disc can never be fully cured? If the pain really disappears, I think my quality of life would change. I am also looking into injection treatments, but I wonder if exercise alone is not enough.
