폼롤러를 하나준비해서 이거 프린터해놓고 보면서 해봐야할거같아요
I have a job that requires standing for long hours, so my legs have always been sore.
There are many tiny blood vessels in my legs, and the veins look bumpy and tangled like purple worms.
Additionally, since my lifestyle mainly involves sitting, the muscles in my calves become tense, leading to poor blood circulation.
I often get cramps while sleeping...
I'm not sure if it needs to be operated on right now, but for now
I plan to manage my blood circulation by doing stretching exercises.
1) Use a foam roller to loosen the calf muscles.
There are the gastrocnemius and soleus muscles in the calf.
If you loosen the biceps muscle well, venous circulation improves.
Place the foam roller under your calves and move your legs side to side.
Do not do it quickly; instead, take about a minute to slowly relax your muscles.
2) Use a foam roller to loosen the adductor muscles.
There is a vein called the great saphenous vein.
It runs from the inside of the thigh down to the calf.
If there is a problem with this vein, the blood vessel will appear to protrude.
Releasing the adductor muscles on the inside of the thigh will help improve the symptoms.
3) Use a towel to stretch.
Relax your neck and shoulders, bend your left leg and place it on the floor, then put a towel on the sole of your right foot.
Hang the towel. While keeping your legs straight, pull the towel towards your body.
Use your left hand to push and straighten the knee.
